Mẫu số 02/GPP: Biên bản đánh giá GPP là mẫu biên bản được lập ra dùng để kiểm tra đánh giá việc thực hiện Thực hành tốt quản lý nhà thuốc của cơ sở bán lẻ thuốc. Mẫu biên bản đánh giá GPP được ban hành kèm theo Thông tư 02/2018/TT-BYT quy định về Thực hành tốt cơ sở bán lẻ thuốc do Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế ban hành.
